The price-performance ratio of the flat is top. In addition to the stated 95m², there is also the possibility of using a terrace in good weather. If you consider this, it is a bargain
The kitchen is very spacious and with a table and 4 chairs it is also possible to have breakfast/eat in it. The equipment is also great. In addition to the cooker and dishwasher, there are 2 coffee machines (filter & pods), a microwave, a toaster, kettle, etc. for use. There is also plenty of crockery. Opposite is the living room, which is really very large. The furnishings have even been thought of to include board games for dull evenings. Next to it there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. We were afraid that the mattresses might be too soft, but this was not the case. The wardrobes also offer enough space. If there was anything to complain about, the shower in the bathroom could be a bit more spacious and the entrance is not at ground level. However, if you take a step, you have no problems. In addition to the shower, you can alternatively use the bathtub.
The condominium is in a very quiet location. If you love to hear birds chirping in the morning, this is the place for you
We felt very comfortable all around and were well looked after. The Schauer couple always had an open ear for our concerns and wishes

We (4 adults) spent a beautiful long weekend here. The apartment lacks nothing - it is spacious and very tastefully furnished. We felt comfortable right away, especially on the terrace. We were able to do many nice activities (hiking in the Reinhardswald, Sababurg zoo, thermal baths in Bad Karlshafen......) Highly recommended! We will be back.
