The holiday apartment Cesare is located in a fantastic and absolutely quiet panoramic position about 5 minutes by car from the center of Malcesine in the Residence Garden.
It has a size of approx. 90 sqm, divided into two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet and washing machine.
In front of the living room there is a terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Malcesine.
In the holiday apartment there is, among other things, a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable couch and a satellite TV with all German channels.
WIFI is also available free of charge.
A large parking lot is located directly below the holiday apartment.
The residence also includes a swimming pool (communal pool, use from May to early October) with loungers as well as a small playground.
In the months of April and October, the apartment is heated with a pellet stove. The furnishings of the holiday apartment are simple but functional and well-kept.
Pets are very welcome.
Ideal for families with children but also for people who prefer a quiet holiday, as the residence is only busy in August, since the owners are mainly Italians and only use their properties during this period.
Rental period March to October. From the end of June to the beginning of September (mid and high season) rental is only possible with an occupancy of up to 4 people or the price for 4 people will be charged.

The small town of Malcesine ( inhabitants) lies on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, on the green slopes of Monte Baldo (2218 m/cable car). The well-preserved, picturesque townscape of the fishing village below the Scaliger Castle, which is well worth seeing, bears witness to a glorious past. Old alleys, arches, gates, the historic Palazzo dei Capitani and the small harbour combine to form a charming picture. Numerous restaurants, taverns and characteristic pubs in the old town. Sports facilities include: Beach bathing, sailing, water skiing, surfing (surf schools), boat hire, tennis, mini-golf, paragliding, mountain bike hire. Good starting point for walks in the wide olive groves around Malcesine or also for hikes in the Monte Baldo area.

Small children up to 3 years. Pets 4 euros a day. Week offers book 7 days - 6 days pay for last minute bookings (within 10 days in advance).
