This hotel was perfect for our first visit to New York, The location is fantastic, just a quick 30-second walk to Times Square, The staff were friendly and very helpful, The rooms are simple and a bit small, but they were cleaned daily and worked just fine for our stay, The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy, but we brought earplugs and it wasn't an issue at all, Just a heads up, there is a facilities fee that includes tax ($45 per night) and a $100 deposit per night, We received our deposit back without any hassle when we checked out, All in all, the location makes this hotel a great choice!

Ideal location, I traveled alone and felt completely safe here, Perfect for anyone who doesn't plan to spend much time in their room, It had the vibe of staying in a refurbished apartment building, You could hear everything in the hallways and doors closing, but it was otherwise peaceful, A quick and easy walk to so many attractions, including H&M, Central Park, and Broadway, Very clean, with just a bit of dirt around the sink faucet that most people probably wouldn’t even notice, I would absolutely stay here again,

The wonderful lady at check-in, Maria, was absolutely charming and incredibly helpful, The first room we were given had a crack in the window, but the lovely Maria promptly switched us to another room without any hassle, A fantastic gentleman assisted us with our luggage, The rooms are simple yet spotless, and the location is just perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more, 100% for customer service!!
