The object of the pension lies in the calm part of the municipality with prospect into the landscape. It concerns a new original agricultural holding reconstructed in the higher standard on preservation of some elements of people architecture. A component is also an extensive closed yard with let in basin with sun heating up (diameter of 5,5 m). The object is suitable both for a calm family recovery, and for group stays. Recovery possibilities: Ponedraž is surrounded with many ponds and inundated sand pits, which probably make all kinds of water haven possible and which are a paradies for Fischer. In the environment there are very well marked tourist and cycle tracks, the goal for water tourism is the close river Lužnice (Lausnitz). A play and a sports field is appropriate 30 m by the object, in the distance of 100 m gives it an open-rir swimming pool. Also the most fastidious holiday-makers are satisfied with bathing in sand lakes, which are distant for 3 km from the object. At the distance of 200 m there is a grocer's shop and a restaurant. In the object a table for table tennis for order, at the Ponědraž-Teich can one is located boats and pedal boats use.

Ponedraž is a pictorial suedboehmisches village, which is because of the bank of the pond with the same name (140 hectars) in the protected area Trebonsko, which belongs to the most valuable landscapes of Central Europe. Prices: Both individual rooms and whole apartments of the pension are rented - in the main season (July + August) however only whole apartments are rented with a minimum stay by one week. Journey of Saturday afternoon. In the main season (July + August) the price 9, - euro/bed/night apartment A (= 12 beds) = 756, - euro/apartment/week apartment B (= 9 beds) amounts to = 567, euro/apartment/week in the case of the occupation of of the whole object (apartment A + apartment B), deduction of 10 % (= 1,190, - euro/object/week) in the time period except main season (except Silvester) amounts to the price 7, - euro/bed/night. Also shorter stays than one week (at least 2 nights) are possible and it are possible, also individual rooms to letting. The price for the Silvesteraufenthalt is 1,800, - euro/object/week. With arrival a Retourkaution of 150 becomes, - euro/apartment deposits. The domestic animal is permitted only according to agreement with the owner against contract fee. Price with electricity consumption over 50 KW/PC.: 4,- CZK/kW/St. Object must be left final-cleaned
