Welcome to Krag (West region, Polanów), a small town lying in the woods with three clear lakes, yet only 30 km from the beaches of the Baltic Sea. The route to the village cuts through a 200-year old historic valley lined with beech trees, one of a kind natural monument in Poland. The picturesque alley runs over about 7 km between Nac?aw and Jacinki and gathers more than 400 old beech trees bringing the amazing tunnel alive, changing its appearance depending on the time of day and year. Legend has it that the beech trees were planted by the order of Napoleon, during the march on Moscow in 1812.
