All the lodges of the Estate (three-stars accommodations ) which is situated in the countryside, have an exposure to the south.
Each lodge is perfectly independent with no house opposite and no passing, which assures the incomparable peace of the place. The lodges have been restored in respect of the style of the old days. They can welcome 4/5 people in the best comfort. All the lodges are equiped in nearly the same high standard facilities. However, the specific character of each lodge can’t be ignored : they are based on the former use of the building (typical Bigouden farm chemineys for example). In the surrounding you will be able to enjoy horse-riding, fishing and sailing. Besides, many places of interest such as parish enclosures are fantastic visits destinations. Moreover, you will be able to tast regional products all year round. The owners of the estate are also very well informed about the various festivals & folk manifestations in the region during the summer season that will also allow you to discover the history and the cultural heritage of our region.

Situated between Quimper and La Pointe du Raz, near the Audierne bay and the Douarnenez bay, Kerzaniel Domain (where the writer Pierre Jakez Heliaz once lived), has the priviledge to be nested in a very calm and woody area with the sea as a background. The surrounding countryside offers a succession of valleys and woods, with the perfume of the bush, ideal for family holidays. The central position of the domain in the southwest part of Finistère and away from back from busy roads allows an easy and fast access to all the visits and to a variety of beaches.
You will find various shops 2 km away. (food, restaurants, crêperies,a brewery, banks, post office, bakery, ...)

The organisation of the propriety, on the basis of historic buildings (farm dating from 1884) was thought in a global way. Each lodge has its perfectly independent access. They all have an exposure to the south with no house opposite, nothing else but the countryside 1 km around ; 1km of exclusive road separates the propriety from any road or minor traffic. Furthermore, the natural inclination of the ground (North / South) allows the garden suite of "Penty" and " the Cowshed " to be in the sun even if it is situated northwards, catching the sun from over the buildings. The three other lodges, have their garden suite situated southwards. This is meant to avoid lodgers to have someone opposite even in the garden.
The thickness of the walls (50cm) made of local granite offers a fresh temperature in the lodges in summer when the thermometer shows high temperatures outside. It is a headwave protection without the disadvantages of air conditioning!!!
