This spacious accommodation is situated up a quiet cul de sac on Spinola Bay, St Julian's, Malta. This is one of the prettiest bays in Malta and the hub of activity from nice restaurants, nice bars, fishing boats, shops, and links to Sliema, Paceville, Valletta and the rest of the island.
Conveniently placed two minutes walk from the sea, bus stop, supermarket it is close enough to stroll down to the bay, and yet far enough to be a quiet street ro relax in.

The apartment is about a two minute walk off Spinola Bay, up a quiet cul de sac. The street is quiet and peaceful and yet only two minutes walk from the bay.
Situated two minutes from the bus stop, you have access to virtually the whole island for 15cents. A supermarket is between the apartment and the bay, and our accommodation is chosen with all these aspects in mind for the holiday maker. We dont want you having to waste time doing every day things, when you could be exploring the beauty our country has to offer.
St Julian's , Malta , Malta
St Julian's or San Gwann as it is locally known is a seaside town that is situated on the East of the island between Paceville and Sliema. It has two pretty bays Balutta Bay and the picturesque Spinola Bay.
Situated ten minutes walk to the north is Paceville, a hub of entertainment and activity. Here you will find most of Malta's nightlife, nice restaurants, the Bay Street Shopping Centre as well as much more including the Dragonara Casino.
The pretty bay of Spinola Bay has many local shops and also a few nice bars and restaurants. The bay is filled with small typical Maltese fishing boats. And a little to the right of the main bay people go swimming off the rocks.
Further around the coast is Sliema, which is about a fifteen minute walk. Here there are more shops, a couple of rocky beaches and access to Valletta, the historical and protected World Heritage city, one of the few fortified cities remaining in the world.

Our rates are seasonal and start from 209 Euro's in the cheapest period and rise to 348 Euro's for peak season. The prices are for the apartment based on two people sharing. Should there be extra adults or extra children, there are supplements of 37 Euro per extra child per week and 75 Euros per extra adult.
