In these beautiful surroundings we rent, in the village centre of Toscolano-Maderno, two holiday apartments in a nice, old and quiet restored house. The house is equipped with central heating for the winter season, and has a sunny exposure and a view on the green. From the top floor terrace ( on the third floor ) you have a view s of the „Monte Baldo“ mountains and of the lake. There are about 300 meters to the nearest beach, and good shopping facilities in the surrounding area (supermarket and small shops). Around the corner you find a bakery, a grocery store and a restaurant named “San Carlo” (reservation needed). For guests who want to explore the place and reach the various beaches by bike, we offer various city bikes (elder, simple models).
Town and location of object
One of the holiday appartments is composed by the second and the third floor of the house. On the second floor you find two bedrooms (4 beds), a little veranda, a bathroom with shower-box and a kitchen. On the above third floor you find a big room, which is furnished with television, radio, big table and sofa (which can be transformed in a double-bed). From here you can get to the balcony with dining – table and chemine, from which you have a nice view on the ancient roofs, on the mountain “Monte Baldo” and on the sea.

The Lake of Garda and his surroundings are the ideal place for an active holiday.The holiday village Toscolano-Maderno lays directly on the lake, in the incomparable scenery of the natural park “Alto Garda” The park with his valleys is a real natural oasis. The Lake of Garda with its blue sky and his sea like climate, permitting the growing of olive – trees and lemons, offers a landscape, which cannot be found anywhere else in Italy and perhaps also in the rest of Europe. The Lake offers ideal conditions for bathing, sailing, surfing and diving. On the surrounding mountains you can practice climbing, riding, and mountain-biking or you can simply go trekking into the green valleys. Toscolano-Maderno offers several beaches, good shopping facilities and a nice 18 holes golf court, which lies in Bogliaco, a neighbouring hamlet www. golfbogliaco .com). In the nearby, narrow and romantic valley of the Toscolano river, several paper mills were built in the 15th century. Today you can admire their ruins, and enjoy beautiful excursions on foot or by bike, into a peaceful, gorgeous landscape. The most important resorts around the lake that can be reached by boat (port in Maderno) are: Malcesine (air cableway to the „Monte Baldo“), Punta San Vigilio (nice beach), Peschiera (Gardaland amusement park, aqua-parks and thermal baths in Cola), Sirmione (peninsula with thermal baths), Gardone (the monument and cultural seat, the Vittoriale), Salò ( a pleasant promenade along the lake and nice shops), Limone, Riva del Garda (waterfalls) etc. A regular ferry-boat (bicycle transport also available) brings you in about 20 minutes from Maderno to Torri and gives you the opportunity to visit easily all the lake starting from Toscolano-Maderno.Arrival and distances
