We want to emphasize that El Paseo is held environmentally and the first apartments on the Canary Islands with the certification of EMAS and ISO 14001. In November 2005 we received form TUI the environmental price "TUI Environmental Champion 2005". We have satellite TV, that means over 300 international programs, Premiere Bundesliga live (conference, in the living and in the bedroom, etc. All apartments have a living room with sofa bed for the 3rd Person, SAT-TV, radio and a very well-equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, Minipimer, kettle and toaster. In addition, a separate bedroom (2 single beds) with SAT-TV, safe to rent,ironing facilities and bathroom with bidet, hairdryer, and bathrobe for each guest. We have 3 different apartment types: Type B - ground floor, pool view, no sea view, 2 furnished terraces Type A - 1st floor, sea view, Type C - top floor, marvellous sea view over the dunes, (These two types offer 2 furnished balconies, one with sea view) Cot at no extra charge. Accomodation only. In the south of Gran Canaria, directly by the dunes of Maspalomas, we offer a small and quiet complex with all conditions for unforgettable vacations. In calm, preferential situation, with fantastic view of the dunes of Maspalomas, El Paseo in particular is admited for its maintained and personal atmosphere as well as familiar service. About 250 m distant you can reach the sandy beach by steps. Good purchase and maintenance possibilities are approx. 500 m far away.

Playa del Inglés - Maspalomas is the touristic center of Gran Canaria. Most tourists, who decide for this place, want to enjoy the sany beach and the Atlanic with fun and alternation. Although Playa del Ingles is very lively, there are also calm places like our apartments are. Here you can recover yourselve. The largest atraction is the sandy beach dropping at ebb-tide flat in the sea. Together with the Beach of Maspalomas it is long over 7 km. It is examined and cleaned daily,best water quality, has hardly stones, algae, soft animals or annoying fish. This beach was distinguished not in vain with the blue flag.
