El Toro apartment above the marina. There are shopping centres nearby as well as restaurants and it is only fifteen minutes away from Palma. El Toro is the perfect resort for families and couples. It offers sun, sea and a beautiful beach. Your can sit in one of the beach bars or at your balcony and watch the sun setting over the sea. Children can play happily on communal swimming pool near by while you top up your tan or enjoy a meal or a drink in the resaurant. The apartment is fully furnished with all utensils and directly at the sea. The Apartment block is only 10 meters from the sea where you will find the fantastic beach of fine sand and clear water. Port Adriano is about 5 minutes walk which makes it ideal for snorkling and diving and looking at the local sea life. The apartment consists 2 bedrooms one with is a full size double bed and one with two single beds, the living room is with sea view, kitchen, bathroom with shower. There are patio doors leading to a south facing balcony with patio table and chairs and a beautiful sea view. Sit on your balcony and watch the ships go by or listening to the roar of the waves against the rocks below!The living room is completely furnished and comfortably equipped, e.g. Sat - TV (inclusive English and German channels). The living room is light and spacious. You can relax watch Sat - TV (inclusive English and German channels) , before you go out for your evening meal or drink. Ample storage is in the matching furniture which includes wardrobes, chest of drawers, open shelves and cupboards. A matching coffee table, pleasant spanish pottery and pictures make a homely feeling.It has a fully fitted kitchen area with a oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and washing machine. It is equipped with a dining table to four seats, matching cupboards, sink and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery etc. Park opportunity on parking lot with the plant. It has many trees and lakes in which many species of aquatic wildfowl live. It is known as a fast course, even for expert players.Golf Santa Ponça I (18 holes – Par 72) Situated 18 km from Palma at the entrance to Santa Ponsa. It is the longest course in Mallorca, its fairways are wide with abundant vegetation and wildlife. Of its 18 holes the outstanding one, for its length, is hole 10 at 590 meters one of the longest in the world. Holes 4 and 16 also deserve a mention for their difficulty. To reach the supermarket (on foot) takes less than 7 minutes from our apartment block. Walk out of the front door, turn right, then take the first on your right. Cross the Gran Via road and it's the third building on your left. The supermarket is usually open every day, including Sunday mornings. But like most Mallorcan businesses it closes from around 2pm to 4 -30 pm, then re-opens until 7 pm.There are also two savings banks where you can exchange currency, a hardware shop.Port AdrianoRestaurants range from informal cafes to to those for the sophisticated pallete. Those requiring a more laid back holiday, restaurants and bars where you can watch the ships go by.
