Located off of a quiet rural road less than 1km from the center of Barano D’Ischia this delightful apartment exists in an old stone building renovated in 1992 and equipped with all modern facilities. The property is surrounded by small family vineyards and there are still some old stone ruins in the back of the yard. This one bedroom apartment is on the second level of the house. There is a sunny terrace overlooking the neighboring vineyards and lush vegetation of the surrounding ginistra covered mountains. The terrace is well equipped with patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging with a unique panorama on the Gulf of Naples, Vesuvio, Capri, Sorrent etc. There are double glass doors leading into an open plan living room. A modern kitchen occupies one wall and a low partition divides a living area with couches, TV and a dining table for six. A hallway leading into the bedroom also opens to a bathroom tiled in black and white. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed (and two additional beds on request), small couch for reading and double doors that open to the outside patio. .

Where... do our apartments lie? Our apartments are approx. 250 meters over the sea level because of a wine slope. From here a wonderful view is offered on the gulf of Neapel, Vesuv, Capri, Sorrent etc.. Due to the central situation on the island all routistic trip goals can be achieved in shortest time. In the following some references to the distances: Buonopane Centrum: approx. 800 meters - purchase possibilities, bus stop Barano Centrum:ca. 2 km - Purchase possibilities, post office, bank, pharmacy. Maronti beach: approx. 4 km - edge of bathing (3 km long) with cure possibilities (hot spring Olympus), sources of welfare (Olmitello, Cavascura), various water haven possibilities u.v.m. Ischia postage: approx. 6 km - largest Centrum of the island with many elegant business (e.g. via Roma/Corso Vittoria Colonna), numerous restaurants and night club etc..

The municipality Barano... Ischia is and is a typical rural locality on the south side of the island. She rises on the hills at the southern side of the island. In Buonopane (local part of Barano), the well-known Nitrodi sources, those are already at present the Romans were estimated the welfare strength of the skin and mucous membranes in approx. 1 km distance of our apartments. Also the well-known Maronti beach with the sources "Olmitello" and Cavascura "belongs to the municipality Barano.
