Description
Our holiday flat "Haus-Seemannsgarn" is located in a dead-end street. At the end, Gartenstrasse 22, lives the Julius family. We would like to invite them to drink three cups of East Frisian tea with us. That's the custom in East Frisia. Afterwards you can spend your holiday in a flat with kitchen, living room with sofa, bedroom and bathroom. A children's playground is available and children are very welcome. They also like our East Frisian tea and our stories of sailor's yarn.

in Esens-Bensersiel-Osfriesland Only 4 km away, directly on the coast, lies the North Sea spa of Bensersiel with its sieve harbour and has been the ferry port for the island of Langeoog since 1859. In Bensersiel, a district of the town of Esens, guests will find kilometres of sandy beach, high and low tide, nature and adventure, as well as plenty of leisure facilities.

A very cozy accommodation with very hospitable landlords.
Very cozy small guesthouse, well furnished with everything necessary. Everything was clean and the hosts were very helpful and provided us with sufficient tips for the surrounding area.
We probably won't be the last time here and we really enjoyed our short vacation time.
Many thanks to the Julius family and hopefully see you again soon.

Beautiful holiday flat with quiet location
Very nicely equipped holiday flat and lovingly furnished.
Also a very nice quiet location.
And if you want to go for a city stroll, you can do that on site. There are many shops in the town centre.
We were there for a week and will gladly come back.

Begeistert - Alles Super
Eine Wohnung mit allem wie es sein soll.
Ideale ruhige Lage, zu Fuß in 5 min. in der Innenstadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad 5 km bis Bensersiel zum Strand.
Als Ausgangspunkt unserer Radtouren an der Küste entlang ideal.
Für unsere Ebikes war eine Garage mit Lademöglichkeit vorhanden.
Eine nette Vermieterfamilie - Hier fühlt mann sich richtig wohl.

Einwandfrei, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Quaint Frisian with a lot of charm
This was our first stay at Haus Seemannsgarn and we received a very warm welcome. In the lovingly furnished holiday flat, we lacked nothing to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. The flat is located in a quiet side street and within walking distance you can reach the pedestrian zone or the supermarket in a few minutes. This was certainly not our last holiday in this accommodation.

Tolle Wohnungen
Das 4. mal da gewesen und immer wieder schön.
Ruhiges wohnen.
Begrüßung ?
Wer es einfach haben möchte ,keine hoche Ansprüche hat. Ist dort genau richtig.
1 Tag hat es mal geregnet . Kind war im Kinderzimmer und wir waren im Wohnraum. Top. Super geklappt.
Andre und Roswitha sind immer da, wenn was ist. Jedes Problem wird gelöst. Auch für Senioren ist die Parterre Wohnung sehr gut. Haben dort auch schon gewohnt. ?

Unverschämte Nachricht
Lage, Ausstattung und Preis Leistung top. Leider haben wir nach Abreise eine sehr böse Nachricht bekommen, dass der Boden nicht sauber genug ist und nicht gesaugt worden ist. Es macht sehr den Anschein, dass die Gäste so reinigen müssen, dass die Ferienwohnung direkt ohne professionelle Reinigung weiter vermietet werden kann. Grad in Zeiten der Pandemie, macht es mich sehr erschrocken, wegen einem "Besenreinen" Boden und einer nicht einwandfreien sauberen Arbeitsplatte, eine derartige hass Nachricht zu bekommen, wegen Dingen die eh gereinigt werden müssen. Man fragt sich dann auch, wie und von wem die Wohnung vorher gereinigt wurde.

Sehr guter Erholungswert
Eine sehr nette Vermieterfamilie, ein Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht, eine ideale Lage, wenn man nicht direkt im Touristenrummel wohnen möchte und doch alles zum einkaufen oder essen gehen fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann.
Der Strand ist mit Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht, mit dem Fahrrad sind die ca. 6 km nach Bensersiel auch kein Problem.
Für Radtouren ist Esens ein idealer Ausgangspunkt in viele Richtungen.
Bei dieser Gelegenheit nochmal vielen Dank für die Unterstellmöglichkeit unserer Räder!
Die Möglichkeit, auch draußen sitzen und dort auch frühstücken zu können, haben wir sehr genossen.
Unser Resümee:
Wir haben uns im Haus Seemannsgarn sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt!

Super
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war für uns groß genug, alles war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Viele Kleinigkeiten machten die Wohnung gemütlich. Die Terasse war , bei dem Wetter, goldwert. Alles in Alllem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.
