The holiday apartment Arezzo is in the historic centre of Syracuse (Ortygia) in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 metres away. The market and the bus station are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Syracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away! The apartment is about 40 m², it's on the first floor and it's composed of a bedroom (with a double bed), a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower (enterely renovated at the end of 2003), a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large terrace (40 m²) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent. The apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.
