Exclusive apartment with garden and whirlpool

The holiday apartment was overall very high-quality furnished and corresponded in this regard to the information in the description. The equipment seemed exclusive. Unfortunately, there were some points that affected the stay. A noticeable heating oil smell was perceptible from the basement area, which also partially affected the bed linen and towels. We found that unpleasant. Additionally, there was no personal orientation or greeting from the landlord upon arrival. Although our request for fresh towels was responded to, they were placed the next morning directly on the bare floor in front of the entrance door—at a spot where guests enter the house with street shoes. We found this to be rather inappropriate from a hygiene perspective and not particularly service-oriented. Also unpleasant was the installed camera in the area of the whirlpool. Even if there may be understandable reasons for this, we did not feel comfortable in this relaxation area. Overall, the accommodation scores with its high-quality furnishings, but we see a clear need for improvement in service, odor situation, and privacy.

The house is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. Verena and her husband were always very friendly, quickly reachable, and provided us with great excursion destinations. We felt comfortable and would come back again.

The apartment was beautiful. It was very quiet in the house. The kitchen had everything needed for five guests. We got along well and had a relaxing vacation here besides skiing. We liked it very much.
