Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in Sartons above Valbella in the middle of the skiing area. Situated right next to the piste, you can start your skiing fun directly in front of the house or set off on hikes in summer.
The flat, with a large sun terrace, is quietly situated and offers a wonderful view of the high valley, forests and mountains. A large meadow is in front of the terrace and the mountain meadows already start behind the house. You can park your car in the underground garage next to the house.
The Gasthof Sartons opposite is known for its good, down-to-earth cuisine and the village centre of Valbella with shops, sports facilities, ski school meeting point, restaurants and post office is approx. 1.5km away. Lenzerheide and the Heidsee lake can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. The double village of Valbella-Lenzerheide, separated from the Heidsee, lies in a beautiful high valley open to the north and south at 1500m above sea level. At 2865m, the Rothorn is the highest peak of the high mountains on both sides of the valley.
With its numerous shops, restaurants and cultural highlights, Lenzerheide-Valbella offers an attractive range of activities. In winter, 35 lifts, 155 kilometres of pistes and 52 kilometres of cross-country trails invite you to go alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. In summer you can go mountain biking, play tennis and golf or swim, sail and surf in the Heidsee lake.
