Calella ist am Meer im Norden von Spanien gelegen, etwa 50 Kilometer nördlich von Barcelona und 100 Kilometer von der Grenze zu Frankreich. Der Sommer ist sehr angenehm und warm, im Winter ist es ein schöner Ort. Das Meer, mit einem schönen breiten Strand und eine breite Promenade,ist 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Auf 100 Meter zu Fuß erreichbar sind auch die Haupteinkaufsstraße von Calella mit seinem lebhaften Geschäften und Cafés, Calle Iglesias. Es gibt sieben Klubs, zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, während der Bahnhof nicht mehr als ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Die Wohnung, im ersten Stock hat ein Wohnzimmer von 22 m2, zwei Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Wenn Sie die Terrassentüren öffnen kommen Sie auf einem sehr großen und überdachten Terrasse von fast 40m2. Mit Sonne und Schatten. Internet-Café in der Straße auf 50 Meter.
