Located on approx 150sqm with spacious living room in a 2-floor apartment building. 1 bedroom en-suite with bath / shower with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bath and bidet and a second bedroom with queen-size bed with shower & bidet. Them to the north is a partly covered sun terrace with sun loungers, table and benches for disposal. From there they enter the pool area with sun loungers, relaxation chairs and umbrellas. The salt water pool is approx 4x9m and has a relaxation area which can be used, among other things great from small children. In the courtyard there is a trampoline that can be shared by young and old by appointment. We provide them with pool sheets, bedding, bathtowel available and offer them a small fee weekly changing of those. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, soap and shower gel In addition, they are able to share the washing machine in the laundry room. The pool cleaning takes place 2 times a week and the season daily watering of the plants.

The house is centrally located, yet only about 1500m and 1800m from the center away from the lagoon beach. Ideal for excursions! Until the highway is only 5 minutes, Olhao and Tavira is located 7km west about 10km to the east. To the airport, they drive about 30min on the Spanish border and they are also in a good half hour. We also recommend a visit to the annual sand sculpture festival in a Zoo Marin. In Ayamonte, which is located on the Spanish side Villareal town across from a small zoo and also during the summer months there are various festivals held weekly.

Fuzeta is a relatively tipical small fishing village that woe is the mass tourism segment again. Here you will find a cash machine, post office, supermarket, magazin-cigarettshop, dentist, hairdresser and more. Fuzeta is situated on the small beach of the lagoon, this is very child friendly and honored as the disabled. The Upstream sand islands, they come by water taxi or small ferry that regularly from May to October shuttles back and forth and just meters from the ferry can make every dream your soul, listen to the wave whisper, admire the mussel diversity, or simply only for themselves. Since the east of the Algarve is still not fully developed tourist here they are far away from mass tourism with a wild nightlife. There are several restaurants, bars local disco is a bit played out of Fuzeta, in the typical music. During the summer months, wakes the little \"Sleeping Beauty\" and it scurries in all the small streets, small places, and under the night sky on the beach about quite lively. It drives each of the houses there and in Fuzeta the surrounding smaller urban places, and held various other jazz festivals, here and there there are book fairs, craft markets or small medieval weeks, but all usually end around midnight.
