The apartment is on the first floor of an attractive modern villa with delightful views over the surrounding countryside and of Noci, as it lies on high ground (about 430 m. above sea level). It's tastefully furnished and offers the following accommodation: 3 bedrooms, all en-suite, sleeps maximum of 8,(6 + 2): Bedroom 1 “Papaveri”: double bed 180x200cm with additional double sofa-bed 160 x 200cm). En suite bathroom, with double washbasin, bath, shower, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 “Girasole”: Double (4-poster) bed 160x200cm, en-suite bathroom with large shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 3 “Margherite”: Double bed 160x200cm, bathroom (as bedroom 2). Spacious kitchen-diner with TV/sofa corner. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer etc. Dining area with extendable table. Extra table and chairs on balcony. All rooms lead out onto the wide balony which is perfect for sunbathing or dining "al fresco". A dip in the large swimming pool is a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day and there is ample space with sun loungers and outside shower. A BBQ can be used in the garden. There's plenty of space to park, too, and the whole property is fenced.

Villa Murgese is about 1 Km from Noci and many sightseeing destinations are within a maximum of one hour's drive away. Alberobello is just 11 kms! Also worth visiting: Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Polignano al Mare, Conversano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni, Matera and the zoosafari in Fasano. The nearest beach (Monopoli /Capitolo) is about 30 Kms away.

Noci is a charming small town in the Murge hills of the Valle D'Itria, with a well-kept historic centre and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants. Should you prefer to cook the local fare yourself, there are countless excellent food shops with meats, cheeses, bread etc., not to mention the weekly market, which takes up the whole of the town centre. No wonder the town bears the official nickname "citta enogastronomica" and its food festivals throughout the year are renowned far and wide! But Noci is also famous for the 12th century country church "Barsento" and is home to the "cavallo Murgese" a breed of horse with its origins in this area.
