Washing machine and irons available on commun use. The apartment has been restored with particular care respecting the typicality of the place. The windows provide panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. The decor consists of ancient furniture. The large garden provides communal spaces for outside dining. On the ground floor, there is a large characteristic lounge-kitchen for guests who wish to eat in the garden and prepare food here without move the tableware from the apartment where they are housed. In the large garden: barbecue, areas for relaxation and solarium, beautiful swimming pool 11x5.5 meters, the game of bowls and ping-pong. The farm holiday La Tinaia is located 15 minutes drive from downtown Florence and the town can be reached very quickly by tramway. The tram station is 5 minutes drive from the estate, the departures are every 5 minutes and the the trip downtown is 15 minutes. This typical tuscan farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods.
