The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen & the utility room has wahing,drying A ironing facilities. All linen is supplied ( except beach towels) All cutlery & crockery are provided & there are place settings for 6 people. The 2 terraces allow for full sun most of the day The main terrace has a table & chairs for 6 people & 2 sun loungers. The second terrace has a table & chairs for 2 people. The sofa bed can sleep up to 2 people The apartments are fully secured,& entry to the parking area is by electronic gate. All floors are connected by lifts. The apartment has a shared pool & garden. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & plenty of drawer space,the lounge has a large sofa bed.These rooms have cooling/heater fans. The lounge has satellite TV,DVD,VHS & MP3,also thereis a good selection of DVD'S,CD'S,videos & board games

The 7km beach of Isla Canela which has been voted the 6th best in Spain & is 0.5 km from the apartment The marina has a new children's play area It includes mini golf,go-karting,bouncy castles & trampolines All the local shops,bars,restaurants & 4 star hotels are within walking Distance. The fishing village of Punta De Moral is a 10 minute stroll around the marina,here the restaurants & bars serve freshly caught fish. Ayamonte town is a 10 minute drive here you will find plenty of bars & restaurants around the town square serving tapas & locally cured ham. Also there is a ferry service to Portugal from here,& a market on Saturdays. Isla Canela golf course is 10 minutes away,there are reduces rates for residents also there is a driving range,pro shop,bar & bowling greens here.There are plenty more in Spain & portugal within driving distance. There is an good bus which stops out side the apartment
