The house is on the ground floor of a small 2 floors palace and it's in the historical center of Floridia, a few steps from shops, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, supermarkets. Its position allows guests to enjoy of all the comforts of the town center and allows visiting the historical center without the need of a car. Syracuse is just 10 minutes drive from the house. At similar distances there are various touristic landmarks (beaches, historical and naturalistic landmarks). The house is about 80 square meters large and can host 2-5 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double and 1 single beds, the other with 1 single bed), a large living-dining room (with a relax area with sofa-bed and armchair and a dining area with furniture, table and seats), a kitchen (table, 4 fires hotplate, freezer/fridge, dishes, glasses, pots), a bathroom (shower, loo, bidet, washbasin) and a small external area where it's possible to have breakfast.

The house is in the main street of Floridia, a few steps away from shops and restaurants and a very short driving distance from Syracuse and the main historical and naturalistic landmarks in the area. The house is perfect for people who want to have a good but affordable accommodation and then spend the day visiting cultural, archaeological, naturalistic places or going to the beaches (which are at about 10-15 minutes driving distance).

Floridia is a small and lively town at very short distance from Syracuse. Its position allows to easily reach various touristic landmarks of Eastern Sicily (Syracuse, the Noto historical center and its baroque buildings, the naturalistic reserve of Anapo and the necropolis of Pantalica, the famous Cavagrande, the Vendicari natural reserve, Portopalo). Floridia it's one hour driving distance from Catania, from where it's easy to visit mount Etna (active volcano where during the winter it's possible to ski). Floridia offers all the pros of a town but in a more tranquil setting compared to nearby Syracuse (which is, however, a very short drive away or easy to reach by bus).
