This three storey 90m² south facing townhouse with 3 double bedrooms, sleep up to 6 situated just 500 m from the most beautiful blue flag sandy beach of Playa Flamenca is the ideal accommodation for your beach holiday.
You also have access to a lovely communal swimming pool.
The accommodation offers a modern lounge and dining area with TV, a fully equipped american kitchen with utility space, air-condition unit and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and one full family fitted bathroom. A master bedroom and terrace are on the second floor.
Additional items in the house are fridge, refrigerator, washing machine, dish washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer.
Within a few hundre metres you will find a Mercadona supermarket, bars, and restaurants.

Playa Flamenca Beach is lovely golden sand just 500m from our house. Bars, restaurants, shops including post office, Den Engel (lobster restaurant) newsagents.
La Zenia beach just 1km from our house- two coves, restaurant/cafe that overlooks the beach/sea. Very popular beach.
Playa Flamenca Saturday Market situated in Calle Nicolas Bussi, only 5 min to walk. This market is held every Saturday morning throughout the year. Its in one very long flat road, so makes it easy to shop - so guys be warned!! Items include; clothes, shoes, rugs, ceramics, bedding, towels, gifts, fruit and veg, cosmetics, toiletries etc etc. A great market.
Playa Flamenca Commercial centre is a large complex with bars, restaurants and shops. It situated 700m from our house. Enjoy the Blues Brothers? Then don't miss going to the Temple Bar where they perform 3-5 times per week. You have English, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Hungarian, Italian restaurants and an English supermarket and greetings card shop.
