From the Croatian border (Castle, Plovanija) Follow the highway (Istrian Y) direction Pula-Rovinj. At the exit Kanfanar-turn follow the signs to Rovinj. At the entrance of Rovinj, on the first turn left, then straight on follow the signs for the shopping center Lidl. When you reach the Lidl just call the owner of the phone.
