Very comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Two swimming pools, parking and exclusive roof top garden on the top floor of the much sought after Puerto Estepona Edificio in the front line of Estepona port.
FACILITIES: The apartment has a twin room and a double room - both with very comfortable beds. The living room has a settee, which can be made up to sleep a further two guests (at a supplement). The apartment is also equiped with Sky(UK)and Astra(German & French) satellites, DVD player with a selection of movies plus a pay-as-you-go Spanish mobile phone.
The apartment is provided with good quality 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and towels which are changed on a weekly basis. All rooms have fans and oil filled radiators (during winter). Bedrooms are supplied with powerful hair dryers. There are also a few extras to help make your stay comfortable such as beach chairs, beach parasols, beach towels, etc.
The roof top garden is for use exclusively by the apartment. It has sun loungers, seating, barbeque, large retractable sun screen and shower. It even comes with a children's paddling pool !

The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holiday makers when visiting Estepona. This is because most things are on your door step so it cuts down on your need to drive everywhere. The port offers shops, restaurants, bars, night life and one of the best beaches in Estepona - all within easy reach of the apartment without the need to cross any busy main roads. The old town is a 20 minute walk along the beach where further resturants, bars and the main shops are found. The apartment's location means that you are in the port without being disturbed at night by music coming from the bars.

With an overall population of 37,000, the 'old town', as it is known, is a bustling and atmospheric centre.
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.
The flip side is that the numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!
