The apartment is in a 2-family house on the first floor. The equipment: about 45 square meters (green) terrace to the lake (South-West) , from here you can watch the bustle of the promenade and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake - or hang just let the soul and chill in the sun. You have from morning until late afternoon sunshine, you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers. In the evening you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere on "Golfo da Lenno" on the terrace or in one of the excellent local restaurants. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and provided with bedding German standards (individual sheets and two pillows). The livingroom has 2 sofa beds (2 extra bunks suitable even for adults)) and a flat screen LCD-TV with satellite antenna, equipped DVD / CD player and small stereo. A sunny window seat is available - for example writing greeting cards. A selected library and also board games are available. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for four people and has a 3 burner gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. It also houses the periphery: Toaster, Italian coffee machine, blender, juicer, etc. Serving spoons and forks, eating and drinking glasses and coffee/dining plates in addition to cooking utensils are available in sufficient quantity. Only the individual consumption of natural gas is payable extra (2.85 Euro per mc, rounded to the nearest cubic meters), the counter will be read together at the Arrival and Departure). The prices above are calculated for 2 Persons per Night; every Person more costs 14 Euro more per night. The final cleaning is charged at EUR 75.00, regardless of the rental period . The key and furniture deposit is EUR 300.00. Pets on request at an additional cost. Arrival: Saturday from 16.00 clock bis 19.00 clock Departure: Saturday until 10.00 clock or by appointment OPTIONS (extra charge) boat trips with skipper: Half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) (sightseeing) or target of choice. Shuttle Service: Airport: Malpensa (Milan) and Orio ed Seria (Bergamo). Nearest Railway Station: Como San Giovanni. For a booking / renting the apartment is requested the assignment of half the rent for the duration booked in advance. The balance is payable in cash, together with the deposit on arrival and getting the or Keys. Please understand that we can only allowance binding reservations. We therefore request that the case which you are choosing a holiday in our house, our written notification, by e-mail or telephone to confirm. You will then receive a written confirmation of the rental period, the amount of rent and a detailed travel description. Only after receipt of the payment on the designated account, the rent for both parties is binding. If you can not take your visit for reasons that are not our responsibility, the payment made is considered as a compensation for the lost rent, unless the apartment could be rented to another guest. Do we have to make a storno, we pay back to you the deposit payments houve`ve made. Further claims are excluded each other.

Infrastructure is the apartment to "lungolago" at the lake in the ancient village of Lenno on one of the longest and most beautiful promenades of the Como lake: the Promenade starts at the seaside Hotel San Giorgio and ends at the seaside resort of Lenno (with sand beach and managed) on the peninsula Lavedo with the famous monastery Balbianello (max. 10 minutes walk). Parking the car is possible on one of the nearby public parking lots (half a minute or three-minute walk). All necessary shops for daily needs, food (fresh bread), a Magazine, etc. are within a radius of 300 meters, also good restaurants, where you can have Dinner direct at the shore with a stunning view over the Lake.

The daily rate is for 4 people. and booking of at least 7 days, each additional person. costs 12 € per day. The bedding, and bath, hand and kitchen towels are inclusive. The price includes: water and electricity. Gas is charged with 2.85 € per Kubukmeter (rounded up) according to individual consumption. Reading on and on departure, on request, with the guest. On departure the apartment must be swept clean of all trash and take it. The chimney should be cleaned after use.
