These newly built apartments offer you everything you need in the charming alpine Wildschoenau Valley with its four villages, Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach lies in the heart of the Kitzbuehel Alps, in Tirol. The apartments are very well situated in the centre of the village of Niederau but in a sunny and quiet position with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The ski lift is close by, only a 5 minute walk and you can ski right back to the front door. It doesn’t matter if you go skiing, snow touring, snowboarding, cross country, roll around in the snow with your children, tobogganing or if you want to go on a romantic walk and enjoy the countryside, top up your energy, with us in the Wildschoenau you have all these possibilities. After a lovely day in the snow enjoy a game of Pool next to the reception area or relax in our new sauna (naturally free of charge). Property consists of 12 large luxury apartments, extensively renovated to meet the latest environmental standards. There are 2 apartments (approx. 75 m2 living area) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included in every apartment is a physiotherm infrared wellness cabin. Every apartment has a living room with a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and many extras plus large balconies or a comfortable terrace. Flat screen television, DVD player and internet connection are part of the standard fittings. Oak floors throughout the apartments allow for a warm and friendly atmosphere. Sleeps 4 persons, self catering. Baby cots are available at no extra charge. A new wellness area with Sauna and infrared cabin is there for you to relax. This area is easily accessible by lift from outside your apartment. Off the reception area there is a recreation area with a Pool table. Parking is available around the house.
