That\'s the description of apartment 2 incl. the beautiful roof terrace: This nice apartment on the 2nd floor is spanned over two levels: On this 2nd floor you\'ll find the comfortable living- and sleeping area with air-conditioning and Sat-TV. Here can sleep max.4 persons in a double-bed (160cm) and on a double-bed-sofa. Shower/WC. From here you reach one of the two balconies. Oven for winter. On the higher level - by a spiral-stair - you\'ll find the well equipped kitchen, incl. washing-mashine and table for eating. From the roof-terrace you have marvellous views over the roofs of Victoria to the Citadella and the landscape of Gozo; but as well to the market-place of Victoria and the Cathedral in the neighbourhood. The terrace is equipped by teak-furniture and BBQ! A beautiful place for relaxing and dining!

At the market-place of the main-place Victoria, just nearby the \"Golden Basilica of St.Georges\" are these two very nice and private apartments - one of it on the 1st floor, the second on the both upper floors including roof-terrace. All shops, banks, post-office are reachable within a couple of minutes by feet. Distance to the next beach is about 6km. The owner is very hospitable!

Victoria is the capital town of the island of Gozo. The name Victoria, locally known as Rabat, was given to the medieval town of Gozo in 1887 in honour of the famous British Queen\'s Golden Jubilee celebrations. At the same instance, the town was also raised to the status of a city; then officially known as Citta\' Victoria. In Triq ir-Repubblika (Republic Street), Victoria\'s main street, there are all kinds of shops, a couple of shopping arcades, pharmacies, banks, the Police Headquarters, the Bishop\'s Chancery, as well as La Stella and Leone Band Clubs who own the Astra and Aurora opera theatres respectively. In lower Republic Street, one also finds Villa Rundle Public Gardens which were laid out by the British in 1910. These gardens, with a variety of local and imported trees and a fountain, are an oasis of peace in the hustle and bustle of the busy town.arrival and distances
