Living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen --- ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave , large cosy dining area, maritime and comfortable living lounge consisting of sofa, coffee table and an armchair, cable TV, LED TV (flat screen 43"), free WLAN, DAB radio, in the living room there are two high-quality and comfortable folding cupboard beds (two individual 7-zone cold foam mattresses, separate bedroom with a high-quality and comfortable double bed (two single 7-zone cold foam mattresses, each 80 cm x 200 cm), all beds have adjustable slatted frames and breathable 7-zone cold foam mattresses --- this equipment ensures the highest sleeping comfort, the special highlight of the maritime sea view holiday flat "Meerkieker" is the absolute dream location on the 4th floor. The living room as well as the separate bedroom each have a sea-facing loggia with a panoramic sea view of the North Sea waves, the beach promenade, the historic village fountain square and the centre of Duhnen, with a good view you can even see as far as Büsum in Schleswig-Holstein, both loggias have high-quality balcony furniture for four people --- here you will find enough peace and quiet for sunbathing or simply relaxing, modern bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, clothes horse, hallway with wardrobe and mirror, own parking space, washing machine, tumble dryer, lift and a separate bicycle storage room (with electricity connection) are available in the house for shared use, the sea view holiday flat "Meerkieker" has a living space of 50 sqm, in this maritime environment you can take a well-deserved break from everyday stress, relax, feel good and recharge your batteries.

The guest contribution is to be paid to the landlord before arrival according to the valid local statutes of the city of Cuxhaven. |
