The appartement itself is located in a private house which is part of a housing estate of villas, very typical for the South of France. For this reason, it is absolutely quiet, as the whole estate is accessible only for residents and lies half way up the sugar loaf mountain which provides a magnifique sea view from the appartement´s terrace. Description of the appartement:Combined living-/bedroom, approx. 30 sqm, equipped for 2 (poss. 3) people (cable-TV).
Entirely equipped kitchen (sink, 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge, coffeemachine, toaster).
Bathroom (toilet, shower, and, of course, hot and cold water).
Terrace, approx. 100 sqm, partly roofed in a decorative way, with outdoor-shower and equipped with special furniture (big table, chairs, two deck-chairs).
A storage room for suitcases, bigger quantities of water supply, etc. outside of the appartement.
Parking space for your car right at the house (the drive-way is very steep); the property is closed by a remote door.The minimum time for rent usually is a week, from Saturday to Saturday. In case you cannot keep to that rule whatsoever, we are willing to look into other possibilities.On arrival, you will be welcomed by our French and German speaking partners, which will be always at hand during your stay in case you are looking for any information on trips and attractions in the surrounding.

Anthéor , Var , Provence - Alpes - Cote of Azur , France
Anthéor is a small village at the coast line between Frejus/St. Raphael (13 km) and Cannes (28 km), right in the middle of Cote d´Azur. Anthéor is a pure living estate with private houses and appartements, which are spread over a sugar-loaf shaped mountain. Due to the fact, that there is no center as such, it is extremely quiet. However, to reach shops or restaurants you are more or less dependent on a car.
Only 10 min. by foot from the appartement, there is a beach in a small bay. Apart from that, the neighbourhood location Agay (4 km) has a wide sandy beach, which is perfect for swmming, sun bathing as well as water sport activities. A well equipped water sports centre rents out catamarans, sail boards, and kayaks. Nearby there is also a good offer for hiring mountain-bikes, to play tennis, squash as well as some first class golf courses.
Anthéor has a train station, which can be reached by foot (10 min.) Trains from go to either Cannes (approx. 20 min), Nice or St. Raphael on a regular basis.
As regards excursions, you are not necessarily dependent on a car to become active. Anthéor is situated just in front of the red Esterel-massif, which streches widely in the back-country and therefore offers many possibilities for walking as well as cycling tours.
As you can see, Antheor and its geographic situation provide many opportunities: you can either spend a quiet and relaxed holiday, and/or you become active and sportive within short reach. Not to mention all the cultural and natural highlights which this area in the heart of Cote d’Azur has on offer; be it at the coast line, be it at the rear land, or even off the beaten track. Nearly every single touristic highlight of Provence and Cote d´Azur can be reached within a day trip.

Fee per month includes: electricity, water and bed linen. Towels should be brought from home. If need be, a final cleaning can be arranged at the price of € 100,--. However, if you leave the appartment the way you took it over, that is included as well. A deposit of 50% of the overall costs will be charged straight away and finalizes the reservation procedure. The rest should be paid four weeks before your stay.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept in order to cover our costs - unless the appartement can be rented to someone else.
