Greppo, is an old restored farmhouse located on hillside in the middle of Umbria region (middle Italy), halfway between Todi and Orvieto; it has been carefully converted into three holiday apartments and one guest house, available for weekly, monthly or longterm rentals. The house is set on 20 hectares/50 acres of private land, among olive trees, fruit trees, woods and wheat, corn and sunflowers coltures; it's located on hill, in in a dominating position from which you enjoy a wonderful landscape, hills, multicoloured fields and small mid-age towns; surrounded by garden, 600 sq. m/6,500 sq. ft. of lawns, kitchen garden, reserved covered space with table, chairs and deck-chairs, Greppo offers to guests a good level of privacy; the private swimming-pool, 14 x 6 meters, is also surraunded by lawns, with breathtaking view of Rotecastello, a small mid-age village, this area is furnished with deckchairs and sunshades. The apartments, all with independent access, are comfortable, carefully furnished in order to make the guest feel at ease and daily stay with pleasure; kitchens are full equipped with several supplies and each apartment has an independent heating system; moreover available, on request, contacts with local activities for daily maid services, laundry services, guided tours and excursions, cooking services according to "Umbria" tradition. The guests of the apartment 3 can also rent a new guesthouse. Apartment 1 - 60 sq. m/646 sq. ft., two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 4. Apartment 2, 95 sq.m/1,022 sq.ft. Suitable for disabled.
