The 9 recently-restructured apartments are divided among two farmhouses and a small villa. All the apartments are elegantly and comfortably furnished in the Tuscan style. Located on the ground floor with a private area in the garden equipped with table and chairs. Three room apartment (4-6 people): master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, 2 bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, first floor or mansard (second floor) with a private garden equipped with table and chairs. Small two room villa (2-4 people): master bedroom, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, 2 bathrooms. Located on the ground floor with two entrances and a private area in the garden equipped with table and chairs. All apartments have: linen (sheets and towels) and a tablecloth that are washed on a weekly basis; satellite TV.

Coming from the North (Milan): Take the highway MILANO => Parma => LA SPEZIA => after Aulla on the A 12 take direction Livorno/Pisa => after Pisa proceed towards ROSIGNANO / ROMA Coming from Florence: FIRENZE => take the exit for Scandicci (Take the Highway “FI – PI – LI”) and proceed towards Pisa/Livorno => exit at Collesalvetti => A 12 towards GROSSETO/ROMA The A12 highway ends at Rosignano Marittimo. Then proceed towards Grosseto/Roma (SS1 AURELIA), exit at FOLLONICA EST/MASSA MARITTIMA, proceed towards Massa Marittima. When you leave the provincial road turn right towards the small town of Valpiana. Cross Valpiana heading towards Massa Marittima. After having passed Valpiana turn left (there is a brown sign indicating AGRICOLA FRASCHIERA). Proceed along the country road for about 3km until you reach the entrance of the farmhouse (there is a sign on the left indicating AGRICOLA FRASCHIERA). Coming from the South (Roma): Take the highway SS1-Aurelia and exit at FOLLONICA EST / MASSA MARITTIMA

The beautiful “Agricola Fraschiera” is located at a distance of 3km from the small town of Valpiana in the middle of olive groves, vineyards and rounded hills. A relaxing and peaceful holiday is guaranteed. In Valpiana guests will find a bakery, small supermarket, church, post office, pharmacy, cafeteria/ice-cream shop, pizzeria and restaurant. The beautiful historical centre of Massa Marittima is only 7km away and is also worth visiting, with its cathedral, museums, ancient borough, many shops and restaurants. The town also hosts interesting cultural events. The sea and splendid sandy beaches can be found in the Gulf of Follonica, at a distance of about 15km.
