The property boasts 12 apartments furnished in the typical Tuscan country style, which take you back to past times while at the same time offering the convenience of modern facilities. One beautiful swimming pool overlooking the valley below seem to invite you to take a dive in the sky. Footways and cycling routes among the olive trees and vineyards around the hill lead to the tennis court and the five-a-side football pitch. For lovers of health and well-being, we also have a spa and health centre.

The residence is situated in the, hills in a very quiet area and it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive-trees, vineyards and thousands of plants (aromatic plants , and shrubs which provide plenty of shade in the summer months). In each point of the residence guests can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape. In the residence there is : swimming pool 7m x 15m, tennis court, table-tennis, quiet areas, terrace with view, where guests can cook their own bar-be-qu or use the pizza oven. The residence is composed of 12 big apartments in 2 restored cottages (all apartments have got their own entrance from the garden and terrace). The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, and each of them has got view of the valley. The receptionists speak English-, French, German and they will take good care of your needs, so that your stay will be unforgettable. In the surrounding areas there are many paths for walking, museums, and sports facilities. 2-rooms-apartments: about 50-60sq.mts on the ground floor and first floor, independet terrace, living-room with sofa-bed, stone kitchen in “cotto veneto”, in Tuscan rustic style, with all electric appliances included; double bedroom, ante-room and bathroom with shower, for 4 - 5 persons. Apartments top-floor on two floors: situated on the ground floor, with independent terrace, about 60sm, composed: kitchen (as mentioned above), living-room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, wooden stair and on the mezzanine floor, a wonderful double bedroom and a little bedroom. for 5 persons. 3-room apartments: situated on the first floor, independent terrace, wide living-room with kitchen (as above), ante-room, 2 double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. For 6 persons. Each apartment is furnished with sat-TV, stereophonic system, independent phone with direct dialling, independent heating.

Special Offer Late Summer! Rental Apartments for 2/4 persons for 7 nights at € 590,00 all included!!! Contact us for furher information!!! All services are weekly during the period which lasts from Easter till October, unless there are free apartments which allow a shorter sojourn. In the remaining time of the year weekly sojourns are not required. Guests are to arrive from 4.00 o’clock p.m. till 8.00 o’clock p.m. and they are to leave their flats within 9.00o’clock a.m. on Saturday. Taxes, electricity, water, gas, linen, cleaning are included in the price. Included services: big swimming pool (7x15, depth from 0m till 2.50m), tennis court; 1 table tennis; solarium with deck-chairs; garden with plenty of Mediterranean botanic varieties and rosaries; barbecue; typical products tasting day. Not included: breakfast; restaurant/pizzeria with typical Tuscan foods, open all evenings from May till October, on Saturdays and Sundays in the other periods of the year; mountain bike-hire; car-hire; additional cradle and bed; golf course at “Montecatini golf”, 7 Km far away; daily trips with tourist guide to the Tuscan artistic-naturalistic resorts. Booking: as for booking, the 50% of the whole amount is required, payable with credit card (Visa) or bank allowance. The balance will be paid at the arrival with credit card or cash. Bail: guests have to leave a bail of 100.00€ at the arrival. The amount will be given back at the end of the sojourn, but in case of damage of the apartment. Facilities: food-stuffs shop 300m far away; 2 post offices, 2 and 3Km far away; restaurant/pizzeria; supermarket, news-agent, shops 3 Km far away
