Our suites are located in a family semidetached house, built in 2008, and are in the vicinity of the centre of Šilo (approximately 5 minutes by foot). Our 4-star suites are new, have a modern décor, and are situated only 100 meters from the sea and from a sand beach, which is ideal for children. The entire house has two parts A and B, each containing 4 suites, two of which are smaller and the other two are larger and thus more convenient for families with children. Our suites are located in a family semidetached house, built in 2008, and are in the vicinity of the centre of Šilo (approximately 5 minutes by foot) and only 100 meters from the sea and from a sand beach, which is ideal for children.

Silo , Krk , Croatia

Šilo is the small settlement and sea port on the eastern coast of island Krk. It is very picturesque, situated in a protected bay Stipanja naturally closed by ”Punta Šilo”. It lies in the immediate vicinity of Crikvenica and its Riviera, separated from it by the Canal of Vinodol and only appr. 20 kilometers away from the Krk-Bridge. Untouched nature, clean sea and undiscovered little bays are paradise for turists desirous of peace and silence. One of Šilo’s particular qualaties are its numerous and naturally protected pebble beaches (coves) and the specially well known sandybeach with its clear, pleasant sea, ideal for small children. In the immediate vicinity of Šilo is the shipwreck ”Peltastis”, making it one of the most interesting places for divers in the Croatian sea. Šilo boasts a long fishing tradition and plays host to regular ”sea fiestas”. Also popular with tourists arevarious sport and entertainment events. Tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and various water sports (sailing, rowing, diving etc.) are also available. Accommodation is available in private apartments and rooms, with full board and lodging or b&b, and for camping fans there is a camp site, beautifully located right next to the sea. Gastronomy fans will enjoy the specialties of the domestic and international cooking, with the white wine”Žlahtina”, a local speciality offered in several restaurants in the settlement itself. Above Šilo there is the beautiful old village Polje, which has maintained its traditional way of life, particulary atractive to visitors. If you are a real fan of nature, than Šilo and island of Krk are ideal destination for your vacation.

The peace and tranquillity combined with the intact surroundings will provide an atmosphere in which you can do nothing else but relax. There is a sand beach in Šilo, which is situated in the very centre of the town, and it is most suitable for children.
