We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with panoramic seaviews. The property is situated on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards. Numerious decorations, pictures, lamps, mirrors and tables are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 4 people. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 comfortable sofas. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near community pool and the open sea. This pool is even heated in the colder winter months! From the covered sunny terrace you enjoy beautifull seaviews. On the terrace there is a large gardentable with 4 chairs and a comfortable lounge area consisting of a 2-seater-sofa and 2 armchairs and coffe table. There are also 2 private sunloungers. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly seaviews. Here you will find a large double bed 180X200cm. In the second bedroom there are also 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout (warm/cold) and underground parking space. WiFi-Internet connection through internet hotspot (additional costs). A perfect holiday home all year long in a luxury ambience!

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. Just 3min. drive far away is the marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with numerious shops, bars, restaurants, business centre and fitness studio. To the near white village of Casares are just 14 km. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 min. drive away.

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 49,-/week; final cleaning, towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)
NOTE: rates for the period 14.July 2012 - 25.August 2012 are for minimum stay of 2 weeks with chnage-over on Saturday!
Booking conditions: A deposit of 20% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
We strongly advise that clients take advantage of cancellation insurance - we can help you.
