It combines a great location (you will find all amenities very close to the apartment: shops, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries… as well as a lot of things to visit) with a real quietness (it is turned on very large courtyard with an open view on the roofs of Paris). Completely furnished and equipped, the apartment is in a beautiful stone building. It is a typically Parisian apartment with mouldings and hardwood floors. The subway line 12 (Lamarck Caulaincourt station) and many buses are at only 2 minutes walk (200 meters). It enables you to go in the center of Paris in hardly 15 minutes. Many shops (bakery, supermarkets…), stores and restaurants are located very closely. The apartment is made up of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, an independent bathroom and toilets.The livingroom is spacious and has an open view on the roofs of Paris. It is also very sunny thanks to its Western exposure. You will have the chance to enjoy incredible sunsets. In this room, you can rest, watch TV, listen to music... The household linen is provided and included in the price (sheets, pillowcases, hand towels).This apartment is located in the middle of the famous Montmartre district, very close to several subway and bus stations. A lot of bakeries, cheese shops, vegetable markets, supermarkets and a lot of other conveniences are situated very closely. A bakery is even located at the bottom of the building so that you can buy some croissants and French baguette for your breakfast very easily. You will also find around a lot of good restaurants if you don't want to cook. The district of Montmartre offers a lot of place to visit : the Sacré Coeur Basilica of course but also the "Place du Tertre" and its painters, the Moulin Rouge, the Dali museum, the vineyard of Montmartre ... and so much other things.
