The exclusive Plantation Golf and Country Club is located just 10 minutes from some of Florida's best beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The climate is sub tropical and is a paradise for sun-worshippers and swimmers alike. We are not a member at this golf course (Saves you $1400 on a monthly rental and $400 on a weekly rental) but there are over 10 courses within a 15 min drive.Please contact me for further information on local golf courses. The Plantation has Two championship golf courses - Bobcat and Panther. The apartment overlooks the 8th fairway on the Bobcat course and a lake. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with gardens, pools, villas, and other private apartments. The apartments are all privately owned and have two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit with his and her basins. The second bedroom has twin beds, walk-in wardrobe, and a en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity unit and basin. The apartments have fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is laundry system with a washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are supplied. The main living room has double patio doors, which open out, onto the balcony.The size of the Condominium is 1300 sq feet.

Venice is on the southwest coast of Florida, between Sarasota and Fort Myers and south of Tampa by 70 miles. It is one of the few cities on the lower west coast that does not have barrier islands offshore protecting it's coastline. However, the construction of the Intercoastal Waterway effectively produced an island on which the beach areas and the historic downtown area are now located. In addition to the wonderful beaches, Venice has an old, fossilized reef about ¼ mile offshore which is frequented by divers and a rock jetty, both unusual as Southwest Florida attractions. It also has a 700 foot pier for fishing, strolling or relaxing. There are great views of the beaches and the Venice skyline from both the pier and the jetty. Often it's easy to spot sailboats, motor yachts, porpoises and other marine life as well as a wide variety of birds from these locations.
