This 3 room apartment on the top (2nd)floor invites you to stay in Berlin. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are 2 bedrooms, one with king-size bed, the other one with two single beds and a cot (1.40m by 0.70m). The bathroom with shower and the toilet are in separate rooms. The spacious kitchen offers a large dining table and all the necessary equipment such as a toaster, electric kettle, percolator, microwave oven with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooker with oven, plates, cups, cutlery etc. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, table, television (German channels only) and mini-system. For short errands there's a bike available. Soap, towels, bed linen is provided weekly - or by arrangement. The apartment can be rented by up to 4 people and a smaller child. The per night charge is: Euro 50 for the first 2 persons, each additional person is charged with Euro 5. There's a deposit of Euro 100, which will be refunded to you as you leave. Supermarkets are in reach within a 5 minute walk. The nearest shopping center is 1km away. A large indoor-pool with wellness area is about 5 minutes on foot at Paracelsusbad. The apartment is well served by public transport connections. The nearest bus station is about 5 minutes away, the nearest subway station (Paracelsusbad) and S-Bahn (Alt-Reinickendorf) about 10 minutes (by foot). The apartment is located outside the 'respirable dust area/environmental zone' which was established in 2008 in Berlin. Wihtin this zone you will need a special "sticker" to visit the inner city by car. At 'Dekra' Kurt-Schumacher-Platz you can get one, if you need, for around Euro 5.
