The house is equipped with ramps for wheelchairs and 3 lifts.
From the wide window front you have a great view of the sea and from there you can also observe the life in the surroundings in peace.
The flat has been completely renovated and newly furnished.
That means new living room, bedroom, new kitchen and
new bathroom with double washbasin.

| Reviews from We were very satisfied. The flat is spacious and has everything you need for a holiday. The furnishing is modern but still cosy. The only thing missing is a small table in the area of the "conservatory". There is enough linen and if not it is always possible to wash everything once through. The flat is very centrally located and you can reach everything very quickly. The promenade and the beach can be reached very quickly and offers everything you want, beach, water or just relaxing on the promenade. The pool is clean and you can swim laps, it's not just a paddling pool. We would recommend you (we already did - in June, on our honeymoon -) We hope to come back to Torrox Costa next year. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!
My family and I,
We stayed in this beautiful and very clean apartment in Torrox from June 29, 2023 to July 13, 2023.
Everything was great and we liked it very much. And we would love to come back anytime.

Successful family holiday
We, a family of 4 with 2 small children, were in Torrox for the 2nd time in this holiday flat and were very satisfied. Very clean, equipment as described. Contact with the landlord was quick and uncomplicated, always available in case of problems. We will be back again.

Always a pleasure !!!
Very well thought out flat, very clean, very well equipped.
Although you are very quickly at the action (shopping, beach, eating out, etc.) you live very quiet!!!!
The flat has everything you need, or even more.
We have spent several holidays in Torrox and it is by far one of the cleanest flats we have ever had.

Super flat
This flat has everything you need and more. Very nice bright and modern flat. During our stay we were very happy about the two air conditioners which made the tropical temperatures very bearable. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

great holiday flat
The flat is located on the 7th floor of a well-maintained 8th floor high-rise building with 3 lifts. The flat is really equipped with everything you have and need at home. The flat is bright and nicely furnished and very clean. The two air-conditioning units in the living room and bedroom were really pleasant and important for us, as they quickly provide a pleasant temperature. They are also easy and comfortable to control via a remote control. In addition, there is a stand fan in the bedroom, which can be used in addition to or instead of the air conditioner as desired. In this respect, all technical possibilities have been exploited to keep the heat at bay. We were there as a family with 2 children aged 9 and 12. Even if the sleeping coach is extended as a bed in the living room, there is still enough space to move around the flat, so that the bed does not have to be put up and taken down every day in order to feel comfortable in the living and dining room. The bathroom with shower is very well maintained and clean
We liked the flat and the holiday very much, so that we will spend our holiday in the flat again in 2014. The landlord is very friendly and easy to reach by phone.

Vicinity of the holiday home: In 2 Gehminuten ist man an der sehr langen Strandpromenade und am Strand. Von sämtlichen Restaurants an der Promenade hat man vollen Blick auf das ca 20 Meter entfernte Meer. Abends sind entlang der Promenade immer viele Stände aufgebaut. Am Strand kann man eine Liege mit Schirm für 4,00 EUR am Tag mieten. Die Preise in den Restaurants sind recht günstig. Die meisten Gerichte kosten unter 10,00 EUR.
free time activities: Sehr gepflegte Swimmingpoolanlage mit Kleinkinderbecken und Liegewiese kostenlos in der Anlage vorhanden sowie 2 Tennishartpläzte. Tretboote sind am Strand gegen Miete erhältlich.
shopping facilities: Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. In 4 Gehminuten befindet sich ein großer Einkaufsmarkt.ALDI ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einmal in der Woche ist ein Markt, ca. 3 Gehminuten.
