The house is lain in a quiet 'n sunny position, The mentioned apartment is on the ground floor, with an outside covered terrace in a structure of concrete.
The garden is behind the house but this one is left to its own and really gone wild during the last years, the owner is an old lady Mrs.Giuseppina, though she ain't strong enough to maintain her garden.
No main roads or motorways in the neighborhood, but just a small country road which leads to the houses in the nearby.
Located at 800 mt from the beach and the small touristic port of Santa Maria Navarrese (from here are daily excursions organised to the heavenly bays of the Golfo di Orosei).

S. Maria Navarrese is part of the town council of Baunei, it is situated on the east coast of Sardinia. The port and airport of Arbatax are only a 10 minute drive away. Marvellous green trees form the principal characteristics of this town. Olive trees, hundreds and even thousands of years old, adorn and tinge the town square and slopes which rise up from the sea and are interrupted only by the white stones of the antique church.
This church was built in 1050 by the Princess of Navarra (hence the name of the town). The impressive grey Spanish Tower guards the bay with its sandy beaches. The town offers all kinds of amenities that tourists require. One of them is the modern tourist harbour set in marvellous surroundings. Thanks to different kinds of boat services one can visit the unique coastline of the Mediterranean; 45 km of wild cliffs interrupted here and there by the dazzling white coves which in turn look on to an uncontaminated blue-green sea.

Santa Maria Navarrese, a small tourist town on the coast, a hamlet of Baunei, a few kilometres from Tortolì-Arbatax. Renowned for its promenade along the beach La Centrale, characterized by the Saracen tower. Another natural attraction in the town centre is “Gli olivastri” (the olive groves), considered a natural monument. Also worth visiting are the beautiful beaches of Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Luna, which can be reached on foot or by boats that sail daily.
Distance; to be found by following the SS125 motorway, around two hours’ drive from Cagliari and Olbia. Around 10 minutes’ drive from the port of Arbatax. Services, in the centre you can find services such as chemist, cash machine, tourist office, police station, market, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, piano bar. Also bicycle, scooter and car hire, boat hire, tourist port, diving school, sea and land excursions, horse riding school, umbrella and deck chair hire, campsite.
The Golgo tableland is a more or less level, vast extension located approximately 400 metres above sea level that is bordered by dolomitic ridges and crossed by streams and waterways and narrow gorges (passes) that lead to the sea (an example is Codula di Sisine), which give rise to numerous small beaches of incomparable beauty and unique in the world.

Payment Terms: Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your booking request you've to pay 30% of the total rent deposit. On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner. Cancellation: Cancellation 9 months to three weeks time before arriving 30% of the total rent payable. If canceled less than the above term is 50% of the total rent payable.
Regarding a withdrawal of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that only 15% of the total amount will be paid from your side. Although when demonstrable with an authentic and signed medical certificate (no copies), which can be sent to us for further verification.
Minimum rental: 295 Euro per object per week
