Our four City Apartments are considered for two to four people and measure 450 sf 700 sf. Each apartment is unique and has exclusive furniture, ceiling heights up to 12 feet, either extremely quiet and to one of the most beautiful court yards of Vienna orientated or offer great panorama views.
You will find a small restaurant in the house, which serves delicious coffee and Mediterranean specials. There is also a hair dresser and a beauty parlour. Lots of sights, boutiques and restaurants are within walking distance. You will find the nearest internet café within two minutes walking distance. Pets welcome.
Weekly cleaning and fresh linen and towels, final cleaning is included.
Subway lines U2 and U4 are across the street, U1 close by, tram lines 1 and 2 (circle lines around the Ringstrasse), restaurants, shopping, cinemas, theatres and most of the famous museums
A small park is in front of the house, the Little Danube with a pool boat, restaurants, beaches and bars is 100 yards/ca 100m away.

Our four City Apartments are located in the family owned Palais Brambilla. The recent renovation of the house earned the architect Markus Swittalek and owners the City renewal price. Palais Brambilla is on the Franz Josefs-Kai which is part of the Vienna Ringstrasse. The Ringstrasse is embracing the Inner City with many museums, the Imperial Winter Residence, Theatres and State Opera and municipal buildings like the Parlament and City Hall. The SAT TV is also equipped with a DVD player. The double bed can be also prepared in two single beds and we can also add an extra bed in the living room. The Internet connection is secured Wireless LAN and we can provide you with a prepaid local mobile phone. Fax maschine is available in the house.
This apartment is cool in summers as the location is towards the courtyard and the walls are over 60 cm thick and vaulted. Additionally the apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan above the bed.
