The exceptional climate and weather: with an average temperature of 21c and approx 320 days of sunshine a year is perfect for golf. The resort is located with easy access from two airports. San Javier (murcia) 20 mins away & Alicante is about a 60 mins drive. Budget airlines like Easyjet,Ryanair,Monarch & Flybe fly in from all major UK airports. The golf course is set around the restored Hacienda (country house). A fantastic 18 hole par 72 at 6416 mts form the back tee it is the largest/longest of theJack Nicklaus design courses. With its wide fairways & hard to approach greens which are protected by lakes & bunkers ready to complicate your shot. All in all a fun & challenging course.

Murcia The regional capital and University City on the river Segura is around 30 minutes away by car. This lively city boasts a beautiful Cathedral and University, as well as Botanic Gardens, Museums and other historic buildings around its narrow, but characterful streets. Shops include El Corte Ingles, (the Spanish equivalent of Selfridges or Fenwicks etc) and numerous designer label shops on the Calles Traperia and Plateria, dozens of great restaurants and a lively nightlife, especially during fiestas and carnivals. The region of Murcia has been singled out as the next big holiday hot spot in Spain and this is being reflected in the rapid development in Murcia as a tourist and cultural destination. For lovers of nature, the Sierra Espuna National Park is 25-30 minutes drive away.

Additional Information

A 25% Deposit is required at time of booking confirmation. A 99 euro security / damage deposit required (refunded within 2 weeks after the last date of rental except where costs have been incurred) Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday. Minimum 3 nights stay prices on application. Prices are per apartment (not per person) per week. Cleaning costs are not included and are:- €70 per clean including laundry for 2 persons, an extra €5 per person thereafter for laundry. Paid locally to our agent. Bookings should be made by email or telephone and your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive a completed booking form plus the required deposit. Do not book your flights until your booking is confirmed. Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer ie (paypal), GBP or Euros. Prices are set at a discount as Riquelme is a 5* resort in its early stages and most apartments are ready, the town centre is now being constructed so a car is essintial as Sucini a small town and the beaches are nearby along with all other Polaris world resorts which are at your disposal and the Mar Menor which has many beautiful places to visit and good variety of restaurants etc. There are temporary facilities on site ie club/pro shop cafe/bar and a supermarket.
