Our regular 2-BR condos are all fully equipped and beautiful decorated. Some units are on the groundfloor with garden, terrace and direct access to the private beach, some are on the first and second floor facing the lagoon or the ocean front. offering breathtaking views from the balconies. The living area range from 134 - 146 m2. We have units that sleeps 4 to 6 max, depending if equipped with triple BR, or sofa bed in living room. Master BR has king bed.

Quinta Luna has 22 condos and is located on the ocean with a private withe sand beach on small lagoon that is not shared with neighbors and perfect and safe for swimming snorkeling and kayaking. Swimming is also available in our large infinity pool. Quinta Luna was built 5 years ago with the very best building standards and amenities. Many of the units are currently owned by Americans and Canadians. If you should choose to stay at our condos we will greet you upon arrival and provide you with keys and a tour of the complex and answering any questions you may have in planning your vacation. We are happy to organize you activities, rental cars, tours and excursions. The quality of drinking water at Quinta Luna is excellent. We have our own water purification system and bottled water is also provided in the condo.

Puerto Aventuras is a gated comunity resort 60 miles south of Cancun and only 10 miles south of Playa del Carmen in the heart of Mexico's Mayan Riviera. With the only full-service along the coast, Puerto's small center is only a five minutes walk on the beach or a two minutes drive in car. There you will find small restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery stores, dive shops, the dolphing discovery, museum, tour operators and more. This area is a well known diving destination. Some of the worlds best cave and cavern diving is within a half hour of the hotel. Ocean diving is even closer with shore dives and snorkeling possible a few steps from Casa del Agua. Cozumel is an easy day trip. From Feb. through March the bill fish are running and the marina is full of super sleek sports fishing boats from up and down the Eastern Seaboard. The rest of the year these plentiful waters make landing a game fish, almost a sure thing. Charters are available at the center. The 9 hole par 36 golf and tennis club in Puerto Aventuras is very pretty, reasonably priced and never busy. Here you can golf all day for under US $75. Twenty minutes away in Playa Car there is an 18 hole championship course designed by Robert Von Hagge. For aprox. $150 you can have a round which includes the cart, breakfast, lunch and drinks while golfing. More activities like sailing, biking, hiking, surfing, jungle tours, theme parks, horseback riding, swimming with dolphins etc. are available.

Rates are in US dollars and include all taxes and maid service 2 times per week. The reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check, cash or wire transfer. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival receive a 70% refund of any moneys paid. Cancellations 60 days or less are only refundable if the unit is re-rented.
