Parking for cars - adjacent to the rural nucleus - is included in the estate Mezzacosta with access restricted to guests of the structure.

The dwelling of casiere dating back to 1700 is located in a sunny area, absolutely quiet, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Mezzacosta is ideally facing south, with bright environments and panoramic gardens. In the middle of the hilly Aretina, it is surrounded by 13 hectares of pine forest with rich vegetation, forest, olive groves and secular trees. A very simple dwelling which still evokes the charm of genuine traditions, because it was always intended as residence of the farmer. Through the restoration, the house has now been prepared and well equipped to ensure to a few guests absolute confidentiality and to make independent, practical and pleasing their stay. Where you will live is a romantic place to stay, to take a rest, to enjoy and live colours of the season, and to feel very good.
