We are located in the meanders of Tuscany, perched on a hill among chestnuts and thorntrees at 5 km from Bagni di Lucca, a lovely spa-town of the Lucca area at 25 km from Lucca, 50 km from Pisa and 85 km from Florence. All our holiday houses enjoy a country location on the edge of a medieval hamlet and stunning views of the adjacent valleys. One of our accommodation: Beautifully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa town Bagni di Lucca. Cesa al numero 3 is the largest of our holiday houses. It comprises three levels plus a basement, is about 140 m2 and can accomodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen and a balcony provided with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two nicely furnished bedrooms each with original double beds. On the top floor we have a garret which comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower and our pretty cellar with table for 8 people. Outside, a large garden completely fenced (1000 m2), an exclusive backyard, equipped with garden furniture, a wood-burning oven for delicious pizzas, roast chicken, etc. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Cesa al 3 is located on the edge of a tiny village of 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 150 meters asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot. A plus of staying at one of our holiday houses is a friendly country atmosphere, stunning views and a farm neighbour from whom you can buy yummy cheese, butter, milk and eggs. Bagni di Lucca is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the Lucca area and Tuscany.
