The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons with one queen size bed and a sleeping couch. A cot is available for free and we will be happy to arrange anything necessary for the perfect stay with your kids. Babysitting on request. This superior apartment offers the perfect relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing or an exhausting day at work. Take a sunbath in your own garden or enjoy a barbecue on a sunny day.

The huge and impressive Viennese Forrest is close by as well as a large public swimming pool. The next underground station is about 15 min walk or three bus stops. The bus stop is 200m from your apartment and the city centre and Stephansplace is just 12 min with the underground. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance to your apartment. The underground also gets you to the Football Stadium with only changing lines once. This is especially for all soccer fans and the EURO 2008 a real advantage.
