You can rent our studio with 250m2 in an original location in the heart of Berlin. It's perfect for groups up to 12 people... The whole studio consists of one big 150m2 room with many corners dividable by curtains and an additional guest-room for up to 2 people along with a kitchen, showers and 2 toilets. We have 10 quality mattresses (and lot's of yoga-mats), beddings and pillows. Basic prices are €20 Euros per person per night - with discounts for large groups or long stays. We are very central (yet quiet) right at U-Bhf Hermannplatz with 2 major metro-lines and just 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. nearby we have... Restaurants, shops, hotels and a huge park (the Hasenheide) What else? We have free WiFi-Access for you. We don't smoke and won't let anybody ever smoke inside. It's a shoes off place to conserve the wooden floor and keep it clean for our yoga-classes We don't have pets. We have a good sound-system and a projector for movie-nights More details... The shower has two heads and is big enough for two people to use at the same time. But there is no privacy shield between them, so it is recommended that only those take a shower together who are not too shy. The big room can be divided with some cloths such that you get a little privacy that way. And chairs and lights are available to make some nightstands. Towels: please bring your own towels. If there is a need for a towel then of course it should be possible to get one, however, these are not part of the normal service. Washing: a washing machine is available, too. Fair use, please. Internet: Internet is available via WiFi. There is an access point with WPA encryption which goes via a DSL2000 line.
