Many sightseeings as for e. g. National Gallery, Staatsbibliothek, Kulturforum, Philharmonie etc. are in close accessible. There are also very good public traffic bindings. The Metro Station Kurfürstenstr. U1 is in 100 m and also U2 Bülowstr. in 300 m of distance (2 Stations to the Zoologischer Garten). The Bus line M48 is 100 m away (it goes directly to Alexander Platz)and the Bus line M85 (it goes directly to Central Station - Hauptbahnhof).
