‘Rosa’ - appartment: independent entrance over small lane behind the Palazzo some steps down to equipped external area; from here entrance to large living/ eating with open fire-place, small, well furnished kitchen (5-flame cooker, baking-oven, electric grill plate), 2 large double rooms, bath with shower/WC, bath with tub/WC and washing machine. The Palazzo was built in the years 1830 - 1840 in pure neoclassical style and covers approx. 400 m ² on three floors. Completely restructered in the year 2001 (in the main stairway and in the attic this work is not yet completely finished - during the stay of guests no work in these areas, that are completely outside of the spaces otf the two appartments, that are rented ) The appartment ‘Rosa’ is situated in the first upper floor with independant entrance and the appartment ‘Fabrizio’ (on two floors), is situated on the first and second floor on the other side of the ‘Palazzo’. These two appartments can be interconnected by the inner court also, so that then up to 10 Personen* as total accommodation can rent the Palazzo Orlando. In the 2. floor there are three further, independent appartments with own entrance, which are used occasionally by the family owners. The Palazzo lies in a quiet spot on the edge of the medieval towncentre of Caselle in Pittari, with wonderful view over the surrounding landscape and the roofs of the more deeply lying houses. Parking possibility in front of the house on public parking lot or in the closer environment, also on public parking lots. The two appartments own private, equipped external area.
