Rosa – Apartment, about 140 m², sleeps 4 Independent entrance through small alley behind the Palazzo with its own steps down to the outdoor furnished area, from where there is access to a large living-dining area with open fireplace, small well equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, oven, electric grill), 2 large double bedrooms, bathroom with shower / WC, bathroom with tub and toilet and washing machine. Extra bed available on request.
Town and location of object
The Palazzo was built between 1830 - 1840 in pure neo-classical style, and consists of approximately 400 square metres over three floors. Renovations were carried out in 2001 (around the principal staircase and in the attic that work has not yet been completed: these areas are not part of the holiday accommodation, and while guests are staying no work will be done). As a result of these renovations the apartments Rosa and Fabrizio were created on the first floor – the latter apartment spreading over 2 floors. These are equipped for the use of guests and have independent entrances. The two apartments can also connect with each other across the courtyard, so that up to 10 people* can rent the Palazzo Orlando as combined accommodation. On the second floor are three additional, independent apartments with their own entrance, which are occasionally used by the family of the owners. The Palazzo is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the medieval town of Caselle in Pittari, with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and the roofs of the houses below. Parking is in front of the house in a public car park, or in the vicinity, also in public car parks. The two apartments each have a private, furnished outdoor area.
