More in the Centre is not possible - the Váci Street is the very heart of the city centre of Budapest. We offer two "Aloe-Apartments" in this quiet pedestrian zone. One of them is closer to the Erzsébet Bridge (located at the Northern end of the road), the other close to the Szabadság Bridge and to the famous Market Hall, built in the 19th Century. These apartments are not more than 150 meters apart. The Váci Street, as a typical inner-city pedestrian street is full of luxury shops, restaurants and coffee houses. 100 meters from here is the bank of the river Danube (Duna) with the breathtaking view to the hills of the Buda side, to the Buda Palace to the Liberty Statue on the top of the Gellért Hill, Hotel Gellért offers one of the most elegant thermal baths in Europe. All these visiting spots are also within walking distance from the "Aloe-Appartments", as well as the old market hall, some of the museums, and many night clubs. Here at the bank of the river is the international port of the capital. Good pulic transport connection is available, within a few minutes of walking, including the (blue) line 3 of the metro, as well as a greate choice of busses and trams, by which in about 15 minutes other scenic spots can be reached, such as the Hero's Squre whith the Museum of the Fine Arts, and the Art Gallery.
