The holiday flat is located in a small residential complex with 8 units. The flat has a nice terrace with a spacious garden, which is fenced in. A kitchenette is available. For sleeping there is a double bed with 140x200cm mattress size, which is not a cheap futon mattress, but a high quality mattress! The bathroom is small but functional. The laminate is new and the flat is allergy-friendly, which also supports the unique stimulating climate of the North Sea. The complex is very quiet, as only a few flats are used for renting, the rest is only used for the owners' recreation at the weekend. The centre of Büsum can be easily reached on foot, so you can leave your car in the on-site car park. The same applies to the North Sea, which can also be reached on foot.
